LET'S EAT: WATERMELON POPSICLES

It's been another hot week, which has had me in disbelief that it's September and not actually mid-July. Although despite the heat, there are tell-tale signs that Fall is just around the corner, like the return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks and the start of football season. Needless to say, I have chosen to ignore these seasonal cues and I am sharing this popsicle recipe with you as I continue to savor every last bit of Summer!
