LET'S EAT: SALMON SALAD

I've been on a bit of a salad kick lately, but I have to admit that the variety is lacking. I find myself routinely mixing up the same salad combinations without much thought, so when I came across this salmon salad recipe I decided I needed to give it a try. The ingredients aren't typically things I would consider putting in a salad together, especially avocado with blueberries, but somehow the slightly sweet homemade dressing pulls everything together perfectly. Needless to say, this salad was just what I needed to break out of my rut and is likely to become a new favorite!
