Lillet Blanc Spring Cocktail
As the seasons change I find myself looking to freshen up my wardrobe, brighten up my space and lighten up my meals, so it only seems natural to update my drink of choice too. I usually tend to steer clear of cocktails when I go out for drinks, opting for wine or the occasional dirty martini, but I've been craving something light and fruity and this cocktail really hits the spot. Uncomplicated and not too sweet, this has easily become my new go-to drink and will surely cure even the worst case of spring fever! The recipe I used called for Lillet Rose, but I substituted Lillet Blanc since the rose was difficult to find and I think it turned out just fine.
