New Years Inspiration

I'll admit, my New Year's Eve celebrations are rarely glamorous..... ok, they're never glamorous at all, but over the years I've learned that a low-key celebration can be just as fun as a festive night out. This year I'll be celebrating with my family on the ski slopes in Colorado so my NYE attire will most likely include several layers, thick tights and warm boots, but I've rounded up a little inspiration if you're planning to attend a fancier affair. My ultimate New Year's Party would include a heavy dose of glitter, festive cocktails, disco ball decor and champagne, but I am so thankful to be able to celebrate with my family, even if it is a low-key night.

    1. Thanks MacKensie! There is a lot to do and see in Colorado; where in CO will you be visiting? If you happen to be going to Steamboat Springs I wrote about a few places to visit in this post: http://www.sasandrose.com/2014/01/travel-diary-steamboat-co.html. I hope you enjoy your trip!

  2. Even though I'm a sucker for quirky socks, Socksmith Socks are the best. They have a design for any occasion and mood since their selection is so extensive. Not only are these socks aesthetically pleasing, but they are also constructed with high-quality materials that provide both comfort and long-term durability. Socksmith has shown that Novelty Socks can be functional and fashionable, which is a change from my previous belief that they are only suitable for special occasions. If you care about style and quality in your socks, they are a must-have.
