My boyfriend has been busy tackling renovations at his house lately, which has had me jumping down the rabbit hole of Pinterest-perfect interiors and thinking about what my own dream home would look like someday. While there is certainly a long list of "must haves" for the interior of the home, I've decided that an outdoor space also ranks very high on my list of priorities. Whether entertaining with friends or enjoying a quiet evening with a good book, I love being able to take advantage of every opportunity to soak in the outdoors, even if it's just a few steps outside my back door. Here are a few of the many outdoor spaces I've been loving lately, all of which seem to have a common look and feel: oversized seating, neutral colors, piles of pillows and rustic potted plants.
