With Labor Day just around the corner and the end of summer drawing near, I usually find myself anxiously awaiting fall's cooler temperatures and the return of pumpkin-flavored treats, but this year couldn't be more different. Lately, I have found myself savoring every last bit of summer and I am looking forward to another weekend at the lake and spending as much time outside as possible.

So in the spirit of savoring summer, I thought I'd share a fun idea for cooling off your drinks. In place of regular ice cubes, opt for frozen melon balls to add a pop of color and a hint of flavor to your drink of choice. I suggest trying it with white wine or even just a glass of water to add a refreshing twist to an otherwise ordinary drink. Cheers!
