With grandparents that lived in New Mexico, my fondness of Mexican food, art and culture started at a young age and has since always had a place in my heart. Some of my favorite childhood memories involve visiting Santa Fe, enjoying authentic Mexican food and learning about the culture. Although I have yet to actually visit Mexico, it is definitely on my list of places that I would love to visit some day. Anyways, although Cinco de Mayo isn't actually a real Mexican holiday, I don't mind a reason to sip a margarita and indulge in my favorite Mexican fare, so I thought I'd share a few things that have me feeling festive today.
